Standard / Starting at £100 per night

Fit for one, but spacious enough for two, our standard rooms have a large double bed, wardrobe space, tea and coffee facilities and a desk with extra chair.

 We also have a Twin room, perfect for sharing with a friend.

Superior / at £130 per night

Whether you’re a couple or traveling solo, our Superior’s are there for when you want to live it up. We have two Superior rooms available to chose from. They both feature a plush double bed, dresser, wardrobe, tea and coffee facilities and are lake facing.

Deluxe / at £140 per night

Our Deluxe rooms are something quite special. Plush king sized bed, all the amenities and a stunning view of Rutland Water. Why don’t you come and relax with us, soak up the best that nature has to offer right from the comfort of your own private balcony.

If that doesn’t suit you, why not try our other Deluxe. Panoramic bay window that stretches right across the back of the room, breathe taking views of Rutland Water, all the amenities and a free standing roll top bath. Perfect for a romantic get away or a special occasion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Room reservations are only confirmed when a deposit or full payment has been made. We cannot provisionally hold any rooms before this time. In the circumstance of any cancellation, deposits are non refundable after 48 hours prior to the date of your booking.

Table Bookings of 8 or more - we will require a deposit of £10pp on booking and isn’t confirmed until doing so.

Christmas Bookings - We will require a deposit for all events and all bookings over December. £10 per person deposit will be taken for any lunch or dinner reservations. Non-refundable if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to your booking. 50% deposit will be required on booking for Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Christmas packages. Once full payment has been made this will be non-refundable.
